Worth being clear about this, because it’s the natural comparison to make.
Arundel has a small number of wedding venues within the town itself — the castle for a small number of exceptional days a year, the cathedral for religious ceremonies, a couple of hotels, and one or two smaller venues. Each of these has their place, and for some couples they’ll be the right answer.
The practical trade-offs are worth knowing. Wedding capacity at the castle is limited and pricing is at the very top of the market. Hotel weddings in the town tend to be shared spaces — your wedding is one of several happening that weekend, often that day. The cathedral is a religious ceremony rather than a venue, and doesn’t include the reception. The smaller venues in the town are lovely for smaller weddings but tend to run out of room quickly.
