Nestled in the heart of the South Downs National Park, less than an hour’s drive from central London, our unique private meeting rooms are the ideal venue for your company away days, breakfast meetings, conferences, awards dinners, and staff parties.
Offering audio visual equipment with WiFi links in all areas, we will endeavour to meet any specific requirement requested.
With nine well-appointed onsite bedrooms, Selden Barns is the perfect venue for a summer BBQ, Christmas Party or corporate away day.

THE SMALL BARN
Our beautiful smaller conference room is approx. 60m2. (38’ x 16’ – 12m x 5m) Features two entrance doors leading out onto our grounds, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and speakers, audio visual cabinet with Blu-Ray player for DVD or CD offering VGA and HDMI connection for laptops and PowerPoint.
THE GRAND BARN
Our beautiful larger conference room is approx. 360m2 (62’ x 62’ – 19m x 19m) Features a fully draped venue with a raised stage. Archway to toilets and servery area. Doors to terrace with tables and chairs overlooking farmland with windows, free fast WIFI, electrically-operated drop-down screen with projector, speaker system, audio visual cabinet with Blu-Ray player for DVD or CD offering VGA and HDMI connection for laptops and PowerPoint.
